No Refunds for Misuse

International Order Refund Policy
If an international order does not arrive, we offer a 50% refund of the order value. Alternatively, upon request, we may resend the order once. Please note that in this case, no further reshipments or refunds will be provided.
All international orders are shipped with tracking via the selected carrier. If transit temperatures are expected to exceed 30°C, a cold pack can be added upon request for an additional fee.
