Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us promptly for a return or replacement.
Conditions for Returns:
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accompanying documentation, and in unused condition.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened peptides or other consumables cannot be returned, unless defective or incorrect.
An order is reported as damaged on arrival without clear photographic evidence provided within a reasonable timeframe

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to process.
After that, reach out to your bank. There is often a processing period before the refund is credited.
Sale Items:
Only items with a regular price can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@britpeptides.co.uk
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders
We regularly ship to companies and individuals in various countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us, as we typically have ways to assist with shipping options.
Due to the complex and frequently changing regulations surrounding peptides, it is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with the local legal requirements for importing peptides.
Orders are dispatched with tracking through DPD. If the transit temperatures are expected to exceed 30°C, we can ship with a freeze pack at an additional cost upon request.
Import Customs
You must be available and prepared to cooperate with your local Import Customs, as many countries may require additional information from the receiver. Customs will contact you directly using the details provided to us.
We are not responsible for any shipments seized or delayed by Import Customs, and we aim to avoid shipping to countries where we anticipate issues.
Tariffs
The buyer is responsible for all import duties and tariffs.
Payment Methods
Some countries have restrictions on Credit or Debit Card payments. Please contact us for Bank Transfer details if needed.
Refund Policy
If an international order does not arrive, we will refund 50% of the order value. Alternatively, upon request, we can ship the order again, but please note that in this case, we will not attempt a third shipment and will not issue further refunds.
